HSE Executive/ Senior Executive
Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam
POSITION SNAPSHOT
- Working location: Nestlé Binh An Factory (Amata IZ, Dong Nai)
- Working time: Mon-Fri (08:00 – 16:30) and alternate Saturdays
- Reporting line: Factory SHE Manager
MAIN JOB PURPORSE
The role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving SHE programs across the factory while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, driving safety culture initiatives, managing environmental and occupational safety programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable SHE performance and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with SHE legal requirements, Nestlé standards and management systems through effective implementation, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement activities
- Lead environmental programs including waste management, environmental monitoring and chemical safety management to ensure full compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Coordinate and drive key safety initiatives, including SH-Excellence deployment, SHE Pillar activities, safety campaigns and employee engagement programs to strengthen safety culture and performance.
- Implement occupational safety programs and risk management processes, including Permit To Work, LOTO, contractor safety, incident investigation and corrective action management
- Plan, coordinate and maintain SHE training and capability-building programs for employees and contractors in accordance with legal and company requirements
- Maintain SHE performance data, prepare monthly reports, monitor key SHE KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality and other functions to drive SHE compliance, operational excellence and sustainable factory performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or related disciplines
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SHE roles within manufacturing, FMCG, food or large-scale industrial environments
- Experience in environmental management, waste management, chemical safety and occupational safety programs
- Experience coordinating SHE audits, inspections, incident investigations and compliance activities
Technical Knowledge
- Good knowledge of SHE regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Knowledge of risk assessment, Permit to Work, LOTO, contractor safety and incident investigation
- Understanding of environmental monitoring, waste management and chemical management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SHE reporting tools
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in preparing professional reports, presentations, dashboards and digital solutions using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and Power App
