HSE Executive/ Senior Executive

POSITION SNAPSHOT

  • Working location: Nestlé Dong Nai Factory (Bien Hoa 2 IZ, Dong Nai)
  • Working time: Mon-Fri (08:00 – 16:30) and alternate Saturdays
  • Reporting line: Factory SHE Manager

 

MAIN JOB PURPORSE

 

The role is responsible for strengthening the factory's Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) culture by driving safety excellence, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will implement SHE programs, ensure compliance with legal and company requirements, build employee capability and engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable SHE performance.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Safety Management & Risk Prevention

 

  • Drive the implementation of factory safety programs and initiatives to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Nestlé standards and SHE management systems.
  • Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessments and implementation of effective control measures.
  • Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support critical safety programs including Permit to Work, LOTO, contractor safety, machine safety and emergency preparedness.

 

Environmental Compliance & Sustainability

 

  • Support environmental compliance activities and implementation of environmental programs.
  • Coordinate waste management, environmental monitoring and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
  • Promote environmental awareness and responsible practices across the site.

 

Capability Building & Continuous Improvement

 

  • Coordinate SHE training programs and safety awareness campaigns.
  • Coach employees and contractors on SHE requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor SHE KPIs, prepare reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality and other functions to drive SHE excellence and operational performance.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science or other related disciplines.

 

Experience

 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SHE within manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working in FMCG, food manufacturing or large-scale industrial companies is preferred.
  • Exposure to safety, health and environmental management programs is highly desirable.

 

Technical Knowledge

 

  • Good understanding of SHE regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation and continuous improvement methodologies.

 

Skills & Competencies

 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in preparing professional reports, presentations, dashboards and digital solutions using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and Power App
  • Good command of English.
