POSITION SNAPSHOT

• Working location: Nestlé Tri An Factory (Amata IZ, Dong Nai)
• Working time: Mon-Fri & alternate Saturdays (08:00 – 16:30)
• Reporting line: Factory Safety Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards and principles e.g. by ensuring Health & Safety is integrated into planning, operational reviews
• Implement HSE yearly execution plan and communicate to management
  • Ensure the implementation plan includes effective risk management procedures
  • Propose modifications to the plans as required during the implementation journey to reflect changes in risk
• Ensure Safe & Healthy at Site:
  • Ensure the site is under control for employees, contractors and visitors, correct signage and with relevant risks effectively managed.
  • Ensure high standards of health & hygiene conditions for workers, with appropriate emergency medical response.
• Develop Capability of Local Team Members:
  • Ensure training and coaching is provided to Local Team Members to develop their knowledge of risk management, legislation and duties.
• Audit & Review:
  • Ensure compliance is regularly audited and performance assessed, and the results used to drive further improvement
  • Promote effective communication of successes and learnings, and recognition for strong performers and contributors
• Monitor and review daily practice of security activity
• Monitor the performance of CCTV

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant majors; related EHS certifications will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of local HSE legislations
• Good communication & collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Took ownership of HSE and drove change through personal leadership
• Ability to analyze complex problems to identify multiple root causes
• Proven experience in developing annual HSE action plan, and facilitate its implementaton
