Complete the TT training propgram through 10/20/70 approach within the required timeline, and could leads a small team to ensure microbiological/chemical/sensory analytical services or specific services in raw/-pack/finished goods for the factory and lead small project.

People and know-how: 
- Master how to lead and motivate the team in the achievement of their objectives.
- Master how to contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.
- Master how to promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.

Quality System: 
- Master how to define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise.
- Master how to contribute to define and follow-up on quality KPIs.
- Master how to set operational objectives in collaboration with the Factory Quality Manager.

Quality mastership: 
- Master how to support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
- Master how to support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.

Quality auditing and verification: 
- Master how to support unit readiness for internal and external audits.
- Master how to performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
