Position Summary

•    Assists Head of R&D Centre to handle administration matters and coordinate business activities internally and externally.  
•    Help to handle Finance/Procurement and HR related matters to ensure the smooth operation
 

A day in the life of...

•    Administrative responsibilities
-    Preparation of documentation and reports preparation
-    Contact point for facilities management 
-    Arrangement for visitors
-    Organize center activities and employee wellbeing activities
-    Stationary Management
-    Courier and Custom Clearance assistance
-    Organize Travel & Hotel
-    Meeting preparation and meeting room management
-    Translation for meetings or document
-    Implementation of company initiatives or new policies
-    Other tasks assigned by Centre Head

•    Finance / Procurement responsibilities
-      Handle procurement according company standard procedures
-      Handle banking related affairs
-      Support Budgeting
-      Tax administration
-      Legal document & branch stamp admin
-    Purchase Requisition Creation and following up issues (if any)
-    Payments and debit note confirmation 
-    Commercial Contract Management 
-    R&D Contract / Confidentiality agreement management 

•    HR responsibilities
-    Organize interviews with job applicants
-    New hire orientation and logistic admin
-    Exit process, such as exit checklist record
-    Organize HR training
-    Support local employee HR matters
 

What will make you successful

Required Qualifications
•    BSc in English Language, Management, or International Trade or equivalent
•    Chinese and excellent English language skills (written and spoken); other language desirable
•    Experience in Admin/Finance/HR job preferred.
