Position Summary

You’ll be responsible of generating demand in form of providing Nestlé Health Science customers (HCPs and non HCPs) information about available solutions to address their needs in the area of personalized nutritional need in hospital, NHs and pharmacy channels.

A day in the life of...

  • Deliver results based on long term and short-term platform strategy.
  • Strengthen the Nestlé Health Sciences image.
  • Establish MDs platform as key hospital sales enabler.
  • Works in alignment with the divisional strategy and given parameters.
  • Prioritize and organize the territory plan on weekly bases.
  • Create Action Plans for accounts with the given territory, discuss with FLM and continuously work on execution.
  • Analyze business potential and competitive environment within the given territory. Pro-actively seek business opportunities and enter those.
  • Continuously work on personal development in alignment with the plan agreed upon with line manager.
  • actively seek opportunities for building awareness within the HCP ICU community and explore these opportunities.
  • Communicate with customer and continuously works on own capabilities within the model scope.

What will make you successful

  • University degree – medical, physician, pharmacist, nutritionist.
  • 2-3 years experience in Sharjah and Northen Emirates.
  • MOH experience.
  • Pediatrician experience. 
  • Proven track record in negotiation.
  • Experience with organizing medical events.
  • Ability to speak Arabic is a big plus.
