POSITION SUMMARY

To be the immediate face of Nestlé within a Customer’s Supply Chain location, responsible for maximizing service and enhancing day to day effectiveness of both the operations by efficient management of inventory and in-stock availability.

To be the face of Nestlé within the Customer’s supply chain, liaising with all aspects of the Nestlé supply chain and commercial functions and providing high level of communication in order to maximize service.

Building trust with the Customer to enable deeper level of engagement and accelerate business improvements.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Ensure availability of Nestlé products on shelf by Collaborating closely with the Customer to understand their operations and supply chain to shelf.
  • Communicating and resolving out-of-stock & availability issues at store and distribution centers.
  • Reviewing progress of agreed KPI scorecard at defined frequency e.g. Monthly /Quarterly with Customer and Nestlé line managers.
  • - Ensuring regular Master data clean up and on time listing and disliking of SKU’s (phase in/phase out)
  •  Proactively updating the Barcodes in Customers database.
  • Reviewing demand deviations, re-forecasting as needed using sales and historical trend data - communicating and working closely with Demand Planners - organising/ chairing key meetings, challenging assumptions and ensuring agreement on initial forecast and communication to all parties involved

 

                                                        

 

What will make you successful…

• Ideally educated to degree standard (minimum A level)

• 3 - 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain function

• Ideally would also have spent some time within Customer Service.

• Exposure within Sales and / or Retail Account would be beneficial
