POSITION SUMMARY

As such, we are looking for a Food Business Manager - MENA to join our Nestlé Professional team.

As the Food Business Manager and part of the Nestlé Professional MENA leadership team, you will be responsible for developing Nestlé’s Out of Home (OOH) marketing strategy and unlocking the potential of Confectionary, Dairy and Food categories, ensuring regional objectives are met. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives, managing category portfolios, and ensuring accelerated growth.

 

A Day in the Life…

  • Defining overall category strategy while ensuring cascade and support to drive execution in the agreed strategic channels.
  • Managing the P&L, category portfolios, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
  • Developing Marketing plans supported with strong value propositions and commercial toolkits to enable growth in the MENA region.
  • Leading new product development/innovations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including chefs, application group team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing all aspects of people with HR related to the Food areas, including recruitment, training, development, succession planning, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines for the Food strategic global and regional brands through marketing execution while implementing best practices and processes for excellence.
  • Representing the market at key regional and global food meetings while connecting with Industry key opinion leaders.
  • Ensuring alignment with zone teams and regional stakeholders on priorities, initiatives, and projects while providing support to all clusters on key channel-driven initiatives and Key accounts plans.
  • Strengthening NP presence in the Food Service industry with relevant stakeholders (Chefs, F&B managers) through the implementation of market initiatives such as Chef2Chef events.
  • Managing relationships with media and creative agencies to develop media campaigns that are meeting the campaign KPIs

 

What Will Make You Successful…

  • 10+ years in a similar role in Marketing and Sales ideally with Category Marketing experience
  • Strong learning agility and project management experience with cross functional teams
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment with the ability to influence those outside the circle of direct authority in an international level
  • B2B and B2C experience an advantage
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross functional teams at market level and creating a sustainable high-performance culture
  • Thorough understanding of P&L drivers
