POSITION SUMMARY

The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of coffee – just like a skilled barista. From this beginning more than 30 years ago, the Nespresso brand concept, the Nespresso Trilogy: exceptional coffees, smart and stylish coffee machines and personalized, exclusive services, has revolutionized the way people enjoy their coffee and has evolved from pioneer to being the reference in portioned premium coffee.
Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for an Information Systems (IS) Specialist with the mission to:
Provide functional ERP and Complementary Application support to Nespresso to ensure smooth operation within our geographical scope.


A day in the life of an IS Specialist:

 

User and Business Support: Manage first level incidents and requests for our Corporate office and Retail stores within local authorized

  • Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors when no solutions are identified or deemed viable
  • Review support services, use of technology, and problem areas. Communicate and highlight recurrent systems and applications issues/problems to Analyst(s) and Manager(s)
  • Automate basic business processes using Microsoft Power Platform

System Administration: Support and collaborate with User Management Team on the administration of ERP security and permissions

  • Support routine system and security audits for active Business Solutions to ensure applicable technology controls are applied and segregation of duties is implemented
  • Assist in periodic testing of enterprise systems in accordance with the global versioning and release calendar
  • Collaborate with other Analysts and Specialists in the region, as well as responsible Nespresso and Nestle teams, to create synergy, increase reuse and reduce waste in technology landscape

Project Support: Manage and supports transitioning of projects through their evolutionary phases

  • Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up
  • Provide support on project management and illustrates how to use administrative tools
  • Assist Analysts in creation of technical specifications and detailed software design documentation based on business requirements when required
    Administration: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of Business Solutions; ensure lifecycle is being monitored and refreshed as needed
  • Collaborate with the business on their functional requirements, assisting them with procurement and planning activities

Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation related to policies and processes managed by IS/IT department, continuously assesses and improves ITSM Knowledge Base and related areas.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or Information Systems.
  • Experience in MS Dynamics - Finance & Operations, Retail Commerce and Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Previous experience as IT Helpdesk, IT Project Coordinator or ERP System Administrator
  • Microsoft Certifications in MS Dynamics, MS Azure, MS Power Platform
  • Experience working with MSSQL, DAX, Python et al
  • Experience working with DataLakes/DataWarehouses/SnowFlake
