As a Retail Intern at Nespresso, you’ll gain exposure to project management and retail operations within a premium global brand. Working closely with the Regional Retail Manager and various teams, you’ll help plan and execute retail and visual merchandising campaigns, support internal projects, and ensure boutique operations follow global standards — all while enhancing the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing – A Day in the Life:

1. Retail Support:Help maintain premium brand visibility in our boutiques following Nespresso’s global guidelines.Contribute to in-store visual merchandising and boutique operations planning.2. Project Management Assistance:Support the Retail Manager on regional projects from planning to execution.Help coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly.3. Operational Help:Assist in the rollout of retail campaigns and visual updates across boutiques.Upload and manage content (like visuals and accessories) on SharePoint.4. Admin & Data Support:Keep boutique location lists and assessment trackers updated.Support boutique setup and location management in our internal platform (NORA).5. Internal Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams and different countries to ensure alignment on brand standards and customer service.

What Will Make You Successful...

You’re a recent graduate (or in your final year) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Able to adapt quickly and take initiative.

Fluent in English. (Bonus if you speak Arabic or French.)
