Position Summary

Reporting to the Business Unit Controller of Nestlé Professional, the primary role of the Sales Support Specialist will be to support the team in rolling out the sales controlling tool across all the markets within the Middle East, as well as provide analytics on the sales and profitability of the department.

A day in the life of...

Implement Mosaic: Sales Controlling Tool across all our 13 countries

Build reporting on Power BI to evaluate the sales of the business unit, and benchmark against other business units within Nestlé

Establish customer contribution statements for Nestlé Professional to allow the business to see which customers are the most profitable

Co-ordinate with the other sales support teams within all 13 countries to establish ways of working in regards to tracking promotional activities, and repository for agreements

Establish a visual monitoring dashboard to track the Account Receivables and implement follow up processes, and standardize them across all countries

Define clearly policies for TTS pre-post evaluation

Establish real time reporting for dashboards to analysis the target versus actual sales

Review the overall process for the department, and identify gaps and suggest measures to improve them

What will make you successful

Strong analytical skills to uncover relevant insights

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Team player, who has excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively to all different departments in the Organisation

Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Previous experience in a similar role, with Project Management experience (preferred)

Knowledge of Power BI, or similar dashboard reporting tool
