POSITION SUMMARY

Nespresso UAE is seeking a Trade Sales Operations Specialist to support the B2C Trade Channels by providing operational assistance and ensuring seamless internal communication. The role involves managing relationships with third parties and delivering back-office support to enhance business results.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Deliver Back-Office Support:

  • Business Excellence Support: Assist with processes, systems, and tools to maintain high operational standards.
  • Order and Delivery Management: Collaborate with the CRC and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery from Nespresso to Key Accounts (KA).
  • Merchandising Coordination: Facilitate the delivery of merchandising initiatives in offline trade channels, including the distribution of coffee capsules and POP materials in partnership with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Promoters.
  • B2C Operational Activities: Monitor and resolve trade issues on a daily basis.
  • Visual Merchandising Support: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure visual merchandising guidelines are consistently implemented at Points of Sale (POS), upholding the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Trade Store Experience Management: Support the Trade Manager in managing demo agencies to ensure a high-quality, assisted experience in trade stores.
  • Budget Tracking: Collaborate with the B2C Trade team to monitor budget allocations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist the Head Office team with reporting, analyzing sell-in/sell-out data, and supporting project rollouts when required.

Align Internal Communications Related to B2C:

  • Communication Coordination: Align all internal B2C Trade communications and ensure consistency in communication processes.
  • Information Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation and a centralized shared environment for all B2C channels.
  • Document Management: Maintain the document management system efficiently.
  • ICO Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for ICO-related matters.

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven skills in project management and process coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze sales data to develop compelling selling stories.
  • Demonstrated understanding of premium brand positioning.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined with strong planning skills.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
