Position Summary
As a Trade Specialist Intern, you will support the Trade team in assisting with projects that help enhance Nespresso’s visibility and presence across MEA markets. You will help maintain and update trade assets, assist local markets in their retail activities, and contribute to keeping brand-compliant materials organized and accessible. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your understanding of the commercial side of the business, learn about market dynamics, and support trade and go-to-market strategies across diverse retail environments.
Start date: August 2025
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Trade Asset Support:
Assist with updating product details (MPN & EAN) and campaign materials.
Help validate new content to ensure alignment with brand standards before sharing with markets.
Market Assistance:
Support MEA markets in finding and using trade materials for local retail activities.
Help guide teams on how to access and apply assets effectively in-store and across trade channels.
Retailer Research & Mapping:
Help research and map retail partners across MEA markets.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve trade presence and execution.
File Organization:
Assist in organizing and maintaining trade materials in a centralized online file system accessible to internal teams and distributors.
Support ensuring documents are updated, well-structured, and easy to locate.
Trade Network Mapping:
Support building and maintaining trade network maps for each market, including photos, dates, and investment details.
Internal Collaboration
You will work closely with regional teams, local markets, and distributors, gaining valuable experience collaborating across different functions and countries.
What Will Make You Successful…
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Interested in learning about stakeholder management and collaboration across markets.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
Fluency in English is required.
