Ultimately, you will be responsible for building and negotiating collaborative business plans, and developing relationships across the channels - to deliver sales that allow us to drive our commercial plans aligned to the customer’s aspirations within the channels. You will also:

  • Have full customer accountability in terms of managing and growing the Wholesale and Cash & Carry accounts, such as Musgrave, BWG and Stonehouse.

  • Be flexible to conduct some business travel across Ireland and the UK on an adhoc basis.

What will make you successful?

As the successful candidate, you’ll have a breadth of fantastic sales and administration experience under your belt. You’ll be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You’ll thrive when working with stakeholders across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our businesses from a commercial standpoint. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our Cereal Partners business strategy.
