POSITION SUMMARY
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key member of the warehouse team working to keep activities running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing the shipping schedule by directing the activities for loading, unloading, and shipping products. You will also work with vendors to order materials and resolve issues.
- Perform all clerical duties related to warehouse activity
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with vendors and truck drivers
- Ensure on-time delivery of supplies
- Update and maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation
- Accomplish assigned work safely, accurately, productively, and with high quality mindset
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years’ clerical, customer service, inventory, and/or production experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related fast-paced environment
Other
- Must be comfortable with evening or overnight hours
The approximate pay range for this position is $40,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
