Position Summary

This is a Full-Time 6 month Temporary position.

With the upcoming upgrade of Intelex to V6 impacting all modules, the Quality Systems Associate supports the following activities

  • Support the Business Units and the different departments (Lab, E&A, Safety…) with the ECRS of their documents prior to migration to Intelex v6, 
  • Organize ECRS meetings
  • Keep track of the number of documents and report progress to Factory Management.
  • Attend project calls with Nestle USA to understand and be trained on the changes coming with V6,
  • Update the documents related to MOC, INCs… to reflect the changes,
  • Prepare training material for users when necessary.
  • Together with the DC coordinator, ensure training of users on the new version.
  • Provide support to users during first weeks after roll-out (troubleshooting, Q&A)

 

Quality:

  • Maintain compliance with regulations and refer to Nestle Quality Management System on all related procedures and programs. 
  • Understand the food safety and quality aspects of the position as indicated OJTs and SOPs that apply. 
  • Understand and apply the principles of NCE and continuous improvement in the work area 
  • Other duties upon request from the Food Safety and Hygiene Manager.


REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:


Required:    Associate Degree in administrative field or equivalent, -2 years’ experience within production, maintenance or within quality.

SKILLS:

  • This role requires close cooperation with all the factory functions and with Nestle USA. The Quality Systems associate will get an overall understanding of the Quality Systems requirements, of processes within our factory and master Intelex v6.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to maintain the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Highly organized
  • At ease with facilitating group discussions and group training
