As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product being released from our packing area. You will assist the warehouse team in achieving key result areas of costs/productivity and ensure customer quality expectations of damage-free loading, utilizing clean, sanitary trailers.

 

**Candidates must be open to work both day (6am – 6pm) and night (6pm – 6am) shifts.

 

  • Operate battery-powered forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers, pallet invertor and shrink wrap machine demonstrating initiative while maintaining adequate levels of productivity, utilization, and efficiency.
  • Utilize all functions in EWM SAP system efficiently.
  • Operate all dock doors.
  • Be capable of each basic warehouse function, including loading, unloading, pull off, case picking, bin replenishment, general sanitation, etc., and need to know the RF proficiently.
  • Move finished product released from the packing room to a designated bin within the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Practice good inventory, warehousing sanitation, and housekeeping.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned in a safe manner while fostering a safe work environment.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military, or related environment

 

The hourly pay for this position is $25.50 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
