As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration aspects of Human Resources. In this role you will provide clerical support in the Human Resources Department including maintaining employee files, collaborating with recruiting personnel, and coordinating personnel files. You will also assist the safety department in any administration duties and administer the aspects of the Employee Benefits Program.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation
- Act as Site Wellness champion
- Provide customer service on a variety of HR topics to all employees
- Manage and process hourly attendance
- Support the site-wide recruiting process by setting up interviews, coordinating applicant paperwork, and maintaining the on-line recruiting system as required

REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year experience in Human Resources, clerical, customer service, secretarial or related field with excellent communications and organizational skills
- MS Office experience
OTHER
- Payroll experience preferred
- Experience working in SAP preferred
- Experience working in Kronos preferred
