Position Summary

This role contributes to the success of the organization by focusing on strategic transformation initiatives for the US NHSc businesses at the direction of the Director, Transformation & Business Operations including but not limited to Post-Acquisition Integration, Business Development Initiatives and Strategic Planning. As part of the Transformation team, this position also plays an important role in cross-functional coordination.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Lead workstreams across multiple functions for assigned transformation or integration projects.
  • Participate in assessments and gap analyses associated with acquired businesses and develop plan aligned with the transformation & integration strategy
  • Support cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing…) on all matters related to accounting and finance associated with assigned projects.
  • Assure coordination with relevant partners across operating companies.
  • Develop and manage project plans associated acquisitions during due diligence and throughout integration.
  • Identify and resolve / elevate issues and assure alignment of key stakeholders for assigned projects.
  • Assure Nestlé standards are being attained across all projects

 

REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with focus on business administration, finance or other relevant field
  • 5+ years experience in corporate program management roles or equivalent experience leading initiatives; large consulting experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across broad audiences, including senior-level stakeholders
  • M&A integration / divestment / corporate restructuring and development activities
  • Demonstrated understanding of US life science industry value chain and operations
