Position Summary

 

As the Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team. You will be at the forefront of driving World Class Manufacturing practices, ensuring that the team is equipped with the latest competencies to excel in their roles. From designing and implementing training programs to fostering leadership development and spearheading pillar activities, you will be the driving force behind the continuous growth and improvement of the maintenance personnel.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Support, coordinate and oversee the development of standardized onboarding for the factory technical maintenance teams. This includes onboarding for the Local Leadership Team, building leadership, functional, NCE/TPM, line centric, and technical competencies. The development of these programs will be aligned with the Business priorities and aimed at addressing the top factory losses.

•Monitor and coordinate ongoing onboarding and competence management for maintenance personnel at factory location as well as the determination of onboarding content and plans for development of materials for key competencies.

•Coordinate efforts and oversee deployment of a digital competence management platform and development of a digital structure strategy for maintenance space and to enhance competence management.

•Coordinate efforts, monitor and recommend improvements to World Class Technical Training Center, including development of technical training modules and oversight of technical training curriculum development.

•Own content and execution methods for training and coaching the Factory Maintenance Teams.

•Work in partnership with HR and the E&T Manager for approval, coordination, and development of needs.  

 

Requirements:

 

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

2+ years of training experience

2+ years’ experience in a maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or related environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $55,000.00 - $90,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
