Position Summary

As a Project Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the engineering, finance, maintenance, and production as needed.  As a point of contact between the teams and departments your responsibilities will include organizing and managing the different projects, providing administrative support, and working with vendor contractors and agreements.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create, track, organize, and administer all plant contracts such as Service Agreements, Contract Service Orders, etc.
  • Maintain an organized system for Badges of contractors, commercial insurance of contractors and suppliers, tax exemption for capital purchases, contractor safety training, and tracking capital budgets
  • Generate, track, and maintain purchase orders
  • Assist and coordinate management of physical job folders, bid deviation, and close capital jobs for Capital jobs
  • Establish, maintain, update, and manage vendor files for all contractors
  • Assist with lead assets and inventory audits
  • Provide support to the finance department with month end accruals pertaining to maintenance


Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED equivalent
  • 1 + years of project management, clerical, administrative, or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, military or related environment preferred
