POSITION SUMMARY

 

As the Production Planning and Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery appointments and product supply activities in support of the factory. You will provide daily and weekly support in the planning process, which will include entering daily and weekly production schedule into SAP, making changes into SAP and ensuring accurate execution of promotions and coupon drops.

  • Ordering of products from the other plants, which includes reviewing, adjusting and manually entering orders to make sure the products are delivered on time for customer orders being shipped without shortages or delays to the customer.   
  • Meeting all quality and safety requirements when performing job duties.  In the performance of purchasing functions, consideration and outreach will be extended to small businesses including minority and women owned firms.
  • Responsible for foreign product procurement (reviewing load builder orders, manually entering products for full truckloads, and setting up delivery appointments for all trucks delivered to Edmond plant).  
  • Updating and saving production schedules, as well as running various transactions for the production process.  Creating Process Orders for the warehouse when production overruns.


REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of general office experience, preferably in a role exposed to inventory and/or purchasing/ordering.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $43,000 - $58,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
