As the Global Business Systems & Customer Insights Lead you will build and strengthen the use, adoption and business impact of all Business Systems to enhance data driven decision making as well as enable implementation of advanced digital capabilities to all markets within the following regional scope: Africa, Oceania, Australia, South East Asia, Greater China Region and Japan. You will maintain knowledge of industry trends and standards for systems and data strategies, to anticipate future customer goals and find opportunities for innovation. This role is responsible for technical capabilities and solution design across all platforms

A day in the life of a Global Business Systems & Customer Insights Lead

 

  • Co-develop and implement a Business Systems and Customer Insights global strategy and roadmap. Support countries on a regular basis in localization and execution, and share progress with the wider organization.  
  • Build relationships and influence local teams to drive cross-country harmonization and standardization of tools to consolidate operations further.
  • Ensure configuration of core business platforms are aligned to global and local business process owners' inputs and needs, and deliver technical and functional training to all relevant local stakeholders.
  • Develop standards and processes to manage and master all data relevant for business purposes (including but not limited to customer and sales data, as well as CRM ones) to be effectively used across the Field Force, the wider organization and the reporting systems. Lead data governance workstream. 
  • Lead implementation of best in class business intelligence and reporting solution in collaboration with Business Analytics to enable effective and efficient Field Force performance tracking and data driven decision making.         
  • Lead business systems and tools integration as part of an acquisition and merger strategy to maximize synergies
  • Develop relationship with all business systems' partners and vendors. Align on a regular basis on enhancements and manage projects maximizing collaboration as well as business impact.
  • Build Business Systems and Customer Insights function to enable cross-function and cross-category interdisciplinary processes. Co-lead and develop the Community of Practice.
What will make you successful

 

  • Extensive experience in CRM (Veeva CRM suite is a plus) as well as in analytics and Business Intelligence platforms
  • Experience in implementing Marketing Automation platforms for digital supported HCP engagement
  • Experience in Data Strategy, Structure and Governance. Sound decision making skills
  • Strong experience with Project Management methodologies and Change Management theory and approaches
  • Sales Force Excellence fundamentals
  • Strong leadership skills, including leading without authority, ability to build long term partnerships, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Experience in Medical Nutrition and / or Consulting is considered an added benefit
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people 
  • Able to innovate, learn and apply new technologies & processes and drive change
  • English language is mandatory, Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
