As a Global Market Access and Pricing Lead, you will develop and execute Market Access and Health Economics strategies for nutritional therapies. In this role you will guide NHSc Markets in filing and negotiation of pricing and coverage determination by payers and manage relationships with payers for the Therapeutic Areas categories. 

A day in the life of a Global Market Access and Pricing Lead

 

  • Contribute to Therapeutic Areas strategies from a pricing and reimbursement, access channels, health economic & outcomes research perspective and support driving NHSc’s commercial success.
  • Identify requirements from reimbursement authorities and payers, anticipate on future trends and derive consequences for products' market access plans and value dossiers.
  • Engage with external stakeholders in key markets to validate specific products market access strategies as well as guide markets in their respective payers engagement schemes.
  • Develop and execute the economic and patient-outcome components of products' Integrated Evidence Plans.
  • Support the Therapeutic Areas to define strategic approaches to gain Pricing and Reimbursement for products to be launched and support R&D, CMO teams and Therapeutic Areas in securing appropriate market access for products under responsibility.
  • Provide direct support to regional / local Market Access community in charge of local execution.
What will make you successful

 

  • University degree in at least one health care decision science such as health economics, decision analysis, epidemiology, outcome research
  • At least 7-year experience in the healthcare industry and awareness of its challenges, specifically Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement ones.
  • Successful work experience in working in international and cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of health economics and Healthcare systems for medical nutrition and medicines (Acute Care, Enzymes).
  • Experience in development and execution of Global Market Access and Pricing strategies and value evidence plan at the interface with R&D and Commercial.
  • Expertise in Design and development of Global Value Dossiers, health economics studies and Pricing & Reimbursement submissions as well as negotiations through various National Healthcare systems.
