To complete our Pediatric Category department, we are currently looking for a Global Marketing Manager who will drive Global Pediatric Care Allergy. You will lead the sub-categories growth by setting the vision on how NHSc will change the course in the management of the conditions, driving the global brand & business strategy, including I&R pipeline, tools & services development through cross-functional leadership with implied functions and ensuring successful deployment in close collaboration with local marketing teams.
 

A day in the life of a Global Marketing Manager

 

•    Gather patient & HCP's insights, markets learnings, set future market trends with KOL, scientific societies, deep dive into competitor landscape and identify unmet needs.
•    Drive business growth by continuously developing a differentiated strategy to set the frame of all our activities, leveraging our current portfolio and inspiring our future pipeline.
•    Fuel innovation pipeline through idea generation, concept briefing, development and pre-launch planning / post launch tracking.            
•    Work closely with the markets in order to leverage learnings, best practice and support them in further defining their strategy and local plan or identifying  new market opportunities    
•    Drive key markets pediatric MBS or 10 year-business plan if needed for Capex or R&D investment                
•    Develop advocacy plan together with Medical Affairs, leveraging NNI        
•    Develop global brand/portfolio communication material & rollout to markets in close collaboration with Medical, R&D, Digital & agencies( Product books, Global communication strategy, Communication tools, Packaging)                
•    Continuously define the global digital strategy as well as lead strategic major global initiatives leveraging guidance and technical support from the global NHSc Digital team        
•    Strengthen Health economic strategy in collaboration with Market access manager to further build the portfolio & product value proposition & defend pricing & better compete        
•    Explore and drive strategic Business Development opportunities  - External partnerships, M&A projects                
•    Develop & Follow up of AAA evidence plan in collaboration with clinical affairs manager on base business and future I&R 
 

What will make you successful

 

•    10+ experience in generating demand roles at Nestlé or equivalent, strong expertise in demand generation through holistic brand building and communication activities
•    Experience in delivering marketing and communication activities for nutrition/pharmaceutical products
•    Strong experience in digital as a generating demand driver
•    Experience in leading cross-functional, international teams
•    Experience in balancing strategy development skills with operational implementation 
•    Experience in building Business case and working with P&L 
•    Fluent in English
