Position Summary

Are you a talented Agile Coach ready to join our Nestlé’s IT Platform team in Barcelona, Spain?  Our Agile & DevOps Launchpad team needs your expertise to guide and promote the journey to Agile through the IT organization. As an agile coach, you are accountable for the implementation of new ways of working to assigned areas and facilitate and lead organizational change and transformation towards Agile & DevOps in a Product oriented organization. 

Key responsibilities

• Consult, guide, and provide expert support to the transformation program towards Agile & DevOps in a Product oriented organization.
• Help leaders and IT teams to change their ways of working to become fully agile. 
• Facilitate and lead organizational change and transformation based on people change leadership and management, organizational culture, systems thinking and other behavioural sciences. 
• Researches best practice methodologies for agile and coaching and assesses them for adoption into the teams.
• Provides support for training courses and delivery modalities and advice to the Community of Practise.
• Coaches the organization to reflect and continually discover better agile ways of working.
• Mentor and enable others to learn, grow and become better professionals.

What will make you successful

• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Manager with agile teams and as a leadership coach.
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of common Agile frameworks/principles/practices and methodologies (personal improvement).
• Strong knowledge of product management principles. 
• Experience supporting organizational transformation towards Lean Agile.  
• Experience with OKRs or similar framework. 
• Experience with SaFe or similar frameworks to scale agile. 
• Experience in shipping and building a product and deep understanding of DevOps principles and tools.
• A strong focus on business outcomes.
• Comfort with collaboration and open communication. 
• Reaching across functional borders. 
• Find opportunities to collaborate within and outside of your team. 
• Be open to listening to others’ ideas. 
• Keep in mind that DevOps at Nestlé is about moving the Nestlé business forward and giving it a stronger technological advantage. 
• Proven receiver-facing management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote virtual teams).
• Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client centric approach.
