POSITION SUMMARY  


The Global Marketing Analytics team empower markets and above-market teams with the intelligence they need to drive revenue, increase market share, and optimize their investments. The team is made up of analytics experts being the authority within the organization on current best practices and advanced methodologies related to data management & strategy, media & audience performance measurement, attribution, and overall marketing investment effectiveness. We embed this expertise though integrated dashboards, business intelligence systems and advanced analytic use cases and support the organization in turning data to insights best practices through the most relevant operating models.

 

The role of Always-on Media Analytics Manager is meant at maximizing the effectiveness of our media investments. He or she will support the deployment and embedding of the Always-On Media Dashboard in markets and above-market with detailed, real-time access of owned and paid media performance and helps identify opportunities to improve campaign performance as well as getting an overview of current performances across multiple business cells. The scope of the project is across the Nestlé group, and across multiple markets and you will directly report to the Global Data and Marketing Analytics Lead.

A DAY IN THE LIFE… 

 

Using your expert knowledge of the media data, planning, buying, and optimizing you will help shape the Always-On Optimization embedding in:

 

 

  • Identifying the additional data sources to further integrate in collaboration with IT
  • Identify the advanced functionalities to be developed to make diagnostic and optimization easier and quicker for media teams in collaboration with IT
  • Guiding the creation of insightful reporting that drives media decision. Be part of upskilling program, guide to other teams doing analysis themselves. 
  • Implement a full end-to end change management program in terms of roles & responsibilities, governance, processes, and upskilling, working closely with each market to improve current practices as well with media agencies to set-up collaboration model.
  • Work closely with the marketing data lead to prioritize data foundations work applied to the various sources of data integrated within the dashboard (naming conventions/ taxonomies).. 
  • Combine all the above into a strategic roadmap and align key stakeholders
  • Animate a global community of analytics and media experts

 

 

As a media analytics expert, you will work closely with the marketing & media teams globally and in markets, IT, media agency partners and marketing capability team.

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?  

 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree such as Economics, Marketing, Advertising or similar 
  • 10+ years of experience working in Media planning/execution & analytics either in media agency, advertiser or ideally both, with high understanding of:  
    • Media Strategy and media planning
    • Media execution and optimization processes
    • Media performances dashboard creations and implementation
    • Media metrics and KPIs (GRPs/Impression/CPM, Reach, Frequency, etc.)
    • Media platform reporting tools (GA360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager)

 

  • Very good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional matrix
  • Good experience in change management, and stakeholder influencing skills
  • You are eager to learn new things and are open to the ever-changing needs of the business in being good at dealing with ambiguity
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to change through actions and words
  • Effective communication with business and technical professionals in English
  • Nice to have other languages such as Spanish
