Position Summary:
The Digital Analytics & Audience Activation Analyst will be integrated in the Global team responsible for the implementation of global digital analytics and digital media solutions strategy across the different Nestlé businesses and markets. Working closely with business and IS/IT teams and solutions, will be responsible for enriching the data strategy of Nestlé. We are looking for a candidate who has hands-on expertise on Web Analytics and Insights, who is fully skilled in the Google toolset (Google Marketing Platform) and masters both technical and functional aspects of the products.
As part of the AdTech team you will be responsible for analyzing and refining business and functional requirements and later collaborating with team members to translate these requirements into meaningful processes and specifications and ensuring quality products. He/she will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing analytics, systems documentation or procedures, supports implementation team, and ensure functional documentation of the solutions.
As an Analyst you will be supporting the build and deploy of specific AdTech products by analyzing business needs, helping to define project scope and taking part in the implementation of digital packages with internal and external partners ensuring adherence with the architectures, solutions, tools and overall implementation framework.
What you’ll do
- Lead integrations of Google Analytics 360 with other Digital products used or developed by Nestlé as well as with other Google products (Search, Display, Video, BigQuery).
- Gather and validate business requirements for analytics projects and solutions such as: Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager (client and server-side) and Google BigQuery.
- Define GA4 architecture and implementation best practices.
- Deliver consultancy services to our markets and brands on Web Analytics strategy and implementation for websites (WebCMS), eCommerce sites, mobile apps or Chatbots.
- Ensure monitoring and control of Global GA and GTM Guidelines across all digital assets of the organization.
- Support the design, build and deploy of technical solutions for AdTech at global level to ensure adoption and usage across Nestlé businesses and markets.
- Challenges Business stakeholders into improving existing business processes through experience and monitoring of best practices.
- Ensure project consistency and relevance by performing scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects.
- Responsible for the collection of Business requirements raised by stakeholders at Nestlé HQ and/or markets, and their analysis to produce functional specifications.
- Responsible for the fit/gap analysis by performing system analysis.
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services.
- Prepare and lead training activities for internal and external stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (including users’ guidelines and training materials).
- Keep strong awareness of latest industry trends and ensure the relevance of Digital Analytics and Media solutions with always on industry benchmarking.

Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Business or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics 360 / Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager 360 and their APIs.
- 5+ years of experience in managing project in Digital media and analytics industry: Web analytics, Display or Search Media, Programmatic Media Buying (preferably on Demand side), Data
- Management Platforms (DMP)
- Experience on analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
- Analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills
- Business focus and value mindset.
- Experience with Google Looker Studio, BigQuery and Jira.
- Curiosity to learn and power to adapt, a can-do attitude and receiver obsessed mindset
- Ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships.
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: the position may involve international traveling.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Business or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics 360 / Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager 360 and their APIs.
- 5+ years of experience in managing project in Digital media and analytics industry: Web analytics, Display or Search Media, Programmatic Media Buying (preferably on Demand side), Data Management Platforms (DMP).
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in a complex, matrix based international company, global environment and with virtual teams.
- Experience with “AI for Marketing” leveraging Google Cloud’s BigQuery and ML components.
- Post-degree in Digital Marketing
