The role

Our Advertising Technology product group in the Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology department is looking for a Retail Digital Media expert to join us.
As an AdTech Retail Digital Media Analyst, you will help shape the tech roadmap for consumer acquisition channels in the AdTech stack for the Group. You’ll be involved in identifying and choosing partners, applications, features, and defining best practices to meet the strategic goals of our businesses, categories, brands, and markets.
 

 

What you’ll do
•    Work with our business functions and strategic partners to identify AdTech solutions, metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and ROI.
•    Support the deployment of those solutions and raise the level of maturity in the usage of the technology globally.
•    Identify new industry challenges, standards, trends and new business requirements and transform into practical evolution of the platforms, use cases and best practices.
•    Define and document the guidelines, standards, best practices of the advertising technology stack.
•    Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, privacy policies, industry standards and Nestlé responsible advertising standards. Stay up to date about legal requirements, such as data protection laws and advertising guidelines.

Minimum qualifications:

•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience as performance marketing practitioner on a retail team
•    Holistic understanding of how each channel interacts and creates synergies with others
•    Deep understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and campaign optimization techniques in general, and experience with Amazon and other eRetailers specifically.
•    Proficiency in analyzing digital marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Able to define reports and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
•    Knowledge and experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
•    Ability to design strategies specifically for sales periods and important events like Black Friday, Prime day, etc. 
•    Skilled in managing product feeds
•    Curiosity to learn, adaptability, a can-do attitude and receiver obsessed mindset.
•    Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships.
•    Curious about new technology and willingness to experiment. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
•    Analytical thinking and strong communication skills. Effectively communicating in English at different levels in the organization to both technical and non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
