Position Summary

The eCommerce Analytics Product Owner is the main link between all eCommerce Product Owners in Barcelona and the HQ Data Capacity team on every new features’ development. S/he will work together with key HQ stakeholders and the other eCommerce product owners to define requirements from beginning to end, ensuring smooth and timely implementations of all the different Web/ App Analytics solutions. S/he pre-assesses the project objectives/features’ mechanics to build relevant KPI list and tracking proposal, build the specifications document and submit to the HQ Central Team for approval. S/he coordinates the work of one Tagging Specialist, and s/he is responsible for the execution of the Global Tagging Plan ensuring it is consistently accurate in adherence with the evolution of the Global eCommerce Roadmap and in compliancy with Nestlé Group Legal guidelines and requirements. S/he builds relevant monitoring dashboards to track and report to the HQ central team on Web/App Analytics solutions’ implementation, bugs, tracking data unavailability and overall tracking accuracy. S/he builds, maintains and manages the distribution of the Web/App Analytics Product documentation, coordinates the Analytics solutions’ updates.

A day in the life of...

  • Take full ownership of the product, the prioritization of new features and enhancements to existing features.
  • Responsible for the execution of state-of-the-art tagging plan across all Nespresso platforms to provide a complete, consistently accurate view of the customer journey and behaviors across all Digital channels.
  • Analyze, understand and share learnings from the implemented Web/App Analytics solutions to build a strong knowledge base of the product.
  • Thrive to achieve optimal implementation of changes requested to the product
  • Project implementation of new Web/App Analytics solutions
  • Deliver the roll out of new solutions
  • Deliver new functionalities within the release cycle
  • Liaise with internal teams (HQ Data Capability team, IT, countries and business groups) to define business requirements, prepare project content package, follow up on implementation and participate in testing.
  • Research and specify new Web/App Analytics solutions and enhancements to existing solutions based on metrics, competitive reviews and best practices.
  • Web/App Analytics Products documentation, training and usage monitoring.

And

  • Ensure alignment and compliancy with all Nestlé Group guidelines and requirements.
  • Review and Approves all Digital Analytics policies, processes and procedures to maintain high data quality standards in alignment with Group’s guidelines.
  • Review and Assess all tracking requirements for all Nespresso projects impacting eCommerce and other Digital assets.              
  • Directly contributes to all Web/App Analytics and site centric tools RFP processes, under the guidance of the HQ central Data Capability team and in close cooperation with Nestlé’s teams.
  • Propose and document enhancement projects to optimize the Data Capability  activities and to support Nespresso strategy.
  • Build a complete value/risk analysis and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Support yearly HQ Operation Plan (OP), by prioritizing between initiatives in collaboration with the HQ central eCommerce team and the other eCommerce Product Owners.       

What will make you successful

  • It is imperative you are very familiar with both Web/ App Analytics and Product Management.
  • You have experience in either (BI) consulting or Data solutions project management
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Project Management
  • Experience with web / app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Data Studio, GTM, Google Cloud Platform.  
  • Past experience in a role that required collaboration, influencing others, and required building trust, in a complex global matrix organization
  • Experience leveraging data visualization tools to turn analysis into readily accessible insight
  • Proven project management skills and excellent quantitative skills
  • Experience Digital Marketing experience is an asset
  • Fluent in English. French is an asset.

  • Organized with meticulous attention to details.
  • Flexible, able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment. 
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient to work in all aspects of the role with minimal guidance
