Position Summary

Leads the development and delivery of brand building holistic communication across all contact points (shopper, econtent, digital and traditional media)
 

A day in the life of Brand Content Manager

- Marketing Communication holistic Content Leadership - Oversee the development of holistic content (European masters) to achieve communication effectiveness & efficiency KPI's. Develop the creative brief anchored in a clear, robust insight; leads the creative development process including research, full production process and delivery of final, ready to air material. Gather input from the markets at relevant stages to best answer their needs.

- Participates to communication strategies development in collaboration with Marketing manager accross all touchpoints. Leads steps of ICP process related to content.        

- Create, manage and update the content calendar for the assigned brands gathering input from markets and other relevant stakeholders.

- Work with agency partners (creative and production) to develop and deploy content aligned to brand objectives and integrated with brand creative idea (from brief to EMENA master assets delivery to market) and assigned budget.

-  Drives local implementation of EMENA master assets, assigning relevant KPI's for monitoring

- Monitor content performance and ensure amplification of best performing content during periodical revision of content calendar. Feed learnings back into agencies and markets.       

- Can have transversal responsibility of managing partners such as creative agencies, production houses, or Digital global partners. Manages those partner(s) in line with Nestlé policy, and optimizes partnership productivity. Lead Bi-annual/Annual performance reviews. Works with the ZEUR Procurement team to manage the process for and negotiate the annual scope of work. Works with Legal to create the necessary contracts.

- Ensure implementation of best practices defined by experts of the Content team, including BBNW (BEP) or Central eBusiness team guidance.

What will make you successful

5/6+ years experience in brand management, communication or consumer marketing at Nestlé with training  
Deep experience in advertising, digital content development.

Experience in working in cross-functional teams, managing creative agency relationships and developing creatives.

Good presentation skills
At ease and confident working with cross functional and cross cultural teams
Fluent English + one European language a plus
Previous experience in dealing with big ADV campaign creation and coordination and the linked research and tests.
