In order to complete our Marketing & Sales and eBusiness Department, we are currently looking for a Change Management Senior Specialist – Nespresso Omni-Channel.

Position Summary

In this position, you will be an experienced specialist empowered to make decisions on behalf of her/his stream with a primary objective of enabling beneficial changes to be made, with minimum disruption to IS/IT Services. This role is essential in growing maturity around managing changes to the production environments to reduce impact on employee productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

•    Ensure that IS/IT changes are adequately managed, authorized and flawlessly deployed through the disciplined use of the Change & Release Management practices including documentation, traceability, substantiation of testing, deployment coordination and associated Post Change Review.
•    Safeguard production systems by approving Deployment affecting their scope
•    Own Change Catalog entries in their scope and ensure their accuracy, completeness and actual use through regular reviews and appropriate remediation actions
•    Support Team/Stream Lead in ensuring E2E accountability for IS/IT changes owned, managed and/or deployed by the respective team/stream
•    Determine and negotiate required maintenance windows
•    Ensure changes are accepted before build by necessary parties
•    Support Change Owner in assessment and delivery of the change
•    Contribute to the Change Management Community by feeding back to IS/IT Change Management improvement opportunities and shares experiences with other Change Management Specialists
 

What will make you successful?

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business or related fields, or equivalent experience
•    5+ years of relevant Change Management experience
•    7+ years of Information Technology experience in a medium to large organization
•    Significant IS/IT experience, in particular analyzing change business benefits and trading these off versus needed impact of changes
•    ITIL Foundation is preferred
•    Broad general knowledge of IS/IT technologies and IT operations.
•    Broad functional and technical understanding of the systems/applications in scope.
•    Prior experience working with ServiceNow application is preferred
•    Previous functional leadership experience in matrix organization is a must
•    Experience in effective communication and in English
