Position Summary

In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology Department, we are currently looking for an Analyst - Marketing Automation.
As part of the Marketing Automation Product Team, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into user stories and functional requirements, but also ensure end to end functional requirements are also translated.
You will then play a key role within the Product Team to specify, build, test and deploy new capabilities, as part of Marketing automation product roadmap but you will also be assigned to deployments projects and ensure Marketing automation solution is deployed accordingly.
As part of the Product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing by your business function and advice on the best solutions.

Key responsibilities

•    Work with business partners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
•    Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
•    Work closely with project managers assigned to markets or product evolution deployments
•    Act as a digital advocate of your solution, document product capabilities 
•    Document and deliver trainings to the end users, deployment and support teams
•    Support the Product Manager and Product Owner in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product
•    Consult & advise stakeholders on best practices and solutions to influence the success of potential projects.
•    Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
•    Responsible for identifying security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.
•    Collaborate with internal and external teams, our vendors and system integrator partners to deliver the product evolution roadmap to our end-users

What will make you successful?

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
•    5+ years of experience in IT (in particular Marketing Automation or CRM)
•    Agile engineering mindset and experience of working in Agile environment
•    Experience in the development and delivery of digital solutions
•    Good understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
•    Understanding of database structures, synchronization processes
•    Experience in drawing end to end functional data flow
•    Experience in clearly writing user stories to gather requirements
•    Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
•    Strong understanding of system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
•    Experience working with Jira 
•    Knowledge and proven experience in digital marketing 
•    Culture & knowledge about marketing automation, CRM
•    Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is a strong plus 
•    Strategic and tactical thinking
•    Out-of-the-box mindset and ability to come up with workarounds
•    Willing to challenge and improve ways of working 
•    Interest in product evolution driven by receivers’ feedbacks
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Effective communication with all levels of business and technical professionals in English
•    Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual team
