Opportunity currently exists for a Technology Specialist to join our IT Platform Complementary Applications team based in Barcelona. In this role, you will work independently delivering support and consultancy to the functions and offshore for sustain, deployment, retirement and leverage/improvement of Complementary Applications Solutions.

Key responsibilities

•    Works with Partners according to contracted Services to ensure sustain activities are delivered according to defined KPI's
•    Approves and Tracks Action plans to resolve Service issues
•    Adhere to operational best practices and standards. Provide feedback to Expert on improvements or issues identified in procedures and standards
•    Understand "big picture" of Nestle business and how individual applications fit in, facilitating triage of issues and focus of support.

•    5+ years of experience in specialist area
•    Strong experience with Incident/Change/Problem Management
•    Experience leading initiatives with external partners
•    Strong experience working in matrix organization and business projects multi-disciplinary teams or strategic change management projects
•    Experience with implementing Nestle Standards and Compliance Methodology, as well as contributing to Internal and External Audits
•    Effective communication skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. 
•    With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
