Position Summary

 

In order to complete our Market, Sales and eBusiness Solutions Department, we are currently looking for a IS/IT Service Integration Manager. 

As Service Integration Manager (SIM), you will serve as key point of contact to the Markets and central brand teams to help shape their strategies with regards to product adoption by building/maintaining trusted relationships, collecting and filtering demand of Marketing, Sales and eBusiness products into Product Management teams, Project Management, Project Portfolio and the eBusiness leads at the Center. 
 
SIMs advocate product portfolio, identify needs for additional value delivery or integration between product groups in coordination with all teams. Acting as trusted advisor a SIM provides awareness, direction and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation to drive digital transformation. You will run regular strategic review meetings to ensure full alignment between the zone, the markets and central brand teams, the Functions and GLOBE related to eBusiness, Marketing & Sales objectives. You are expected to take a transformational and leadership role within your assigned region to influence the evolution of the MSE organization and delivery model to best serve your stakeholders.
 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Key point of contact to the Markets and central brand teams to help shape their eBusiness strategy
  • Collects and filters demand of Marketing, Sales and eBusiness products into Product Management teams, Project Managers and Center eBusiness leads
  • Advocates product portfolio, identifies needs for additional value delivery or integration between product groups in coordination with all Marketing, Sales and eBusiness teams
  • Provides awareness, direction and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation to drive digital transformation
  • Understands deeply business objectives, challenges and needs. Understands both business end-to-end flows and ways of working as well as roles and organization
  • Leads reviews with executive sponsor and IS/IT Customer and product group leads to identify organic or specific issues, opportunities and/or changes, and direct the rapid delivery
  • Makes the link between specific business objectives, activities, initiatives, projects or programs and IS/IT in order to identify, forecast and deliver multi-product group integrated value
  • Helps stakeholders understand the impact of product adoption, required security and compliance considerations
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field 
  • 10+ years of program, project and business management experience, with 5-7 years of diverse roles in relation to IS/IT international roll-out and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and Projects, including agile projects and Projects
  • Demonstrated experience in managing "upward" among senior leadership
  • Effective influencing and negotiation experience and skills in global mixed environments with high pressure and stress
  • Success in leveraging both traditional practices, such as IS/IT service management, as well as new methods, such as DevOps, optimized for agility is preferably
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to change through actions and words
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual team.
