Position Summary

We are currently looking for a digital marketing consumer acquisition expert to join our AdTech product group team in the Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology (MSE) department.

As an AdTech Consumer Acquisition expert you will be part of the team responsible for driving the tech roadmap for consumer acquisition channels in the AdTech stack for the Group. You’ll participate in the identification and selection of partners, applications and features, define its configuration and best practices to achieve the strategic goals of the businesses, categories and brands, and markets. With a bigger focus on Search (SEM and SEO) and Display, you will work with and support with your experience and expertise the business and other IT teams on the definition and activation of the platforms, use cases and best practices.
 

Key responsibilities

•    Collaborate with our business functions and strategic partners to define AdTech solutions, metrics and KPIs for consumer acquisition to maximize potential performance and ROI.
•    Support on the deployment of those solutions and raising the level of maturity in the usage of the technology globally.
•    Identify new industry challenges and standards, trends and new business requirements and transform into practical evolution of the platforms, use cases and best practices.
•    Define and document the guidelines, standards, best practices of consumer acquisition channels solutions.
•    Define governance and ensure compliance of the solutions in the portfolio.
 

What will make you successful

•    Understand holistically how each channel interacts with the others, PPC, SEO, Display, etc
•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience working on consumer acquisition channels, SEO, PPC, Display, others.
•    Experience as performance marketing specialist on agency or client side.
•    Deep knowledge and experience on at least one of the following:
o    Experience with Google Marketing Platform (GMP): Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display&Video 360, Campaing Manager 360.
o    Experience with SEO ranking factors, concepts and tools e.g. BrightEdge, Deepcrawl, others.
o    Experience with other DSPs e.g. Amazon, The Trade Desk, Amobee, …
•    Curiosity to learn and power to adapt, a can-do attitude and receiver obsessed mindset.
•    Analytical thinking and client facing communication skills.
•    Team player, ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships.
•    Strong interpersonal skills.
•    Curious about new technology, willingness to experiment.
•    Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.
