Position Summary

 

Our Marketing & Sales and eBusiness Department is looking for a IS/IT Technology Specialist – Web CMS.

 

Together with your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager, you will
-    Provide knowledge, consultancy and advisory within your area of specialism
-    Participate in the development and promotion of the technology which supports the business requirements
-    Accountable for supervising the realization of specific deliverables

Key responsibilities

 

  • Provide deep specialist consultancy and support in your specific specialism (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, etc.)
  • Coordinate technical consultancy assignments which involve specialists from various disciplines
  • Support the technical activity (design, build, testing) in a significant or complex Innovation initiatives, accountable for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables
  • Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies
  • Provide business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision
  • Support the development of and/or review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise
  • Coordinate preliminary studies, general systems specifications and detailed systems specifications
  • Liaise with the security team to consult on security requirements and processes.
  • Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions
  • Liaise with suppliers, for example where third-party work or packages involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions

  • Proven track record in the Web & CMS area:
    • Web Site Design & Build
    • Hosting, Cloud, Web Technologies
    • UX, SEO optimization,
    • Integration with systems (in general)
    • DevSecOps
  • “MUST HAVE” Experience and Technical knowledge PHP 
  • “NICE TO HAVE” Experience and Technical knowledge of solutions such as java and .Net and Drupal
  • Code development, Quality review, Performance testing, Security testing, Compliance and GDPR. 
  • Vast general knowledge of Digital/Web solutions and DevSecOps (Mobile, IoT, IA, Personalization, Web CMS, Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data …). 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one relevant specific technology
  • Recognized expert in at least one relevant specific technology
  • Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations
  • Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties
  • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps)
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT standards and controls
  • Ability to compare multiple technical solutions to enable future-state business capabilities that, in turn, drive targeted business outcomes
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
