Position Summary

Deliver the required internal and external financial consolidated reporting and analysis and ensure first time quality & compliance.

A day in the life of...

•    Prepare Group monthly reporting (ie. SACT, RIG/OG, SSMT, CACT, PACT, etc..) submission and consolidation in coordination with all LRDs, LRMs and PPAL streams.
•    Support the teams (Corporate, GD, Operations Finance teams) to help in the generation of analyses related to P&L, Balance Sheet.
•    Prepare all monthly internal reporting and presentation for the management team.
•    Ensure accuracy and monitor Daily RIG/OG, 3m RIG/OG forecast and volumes comparison with APO all in coordination with markets
•    Preparation of MASH/eMash reporting as well as Market share reporting (MSI, cells)
•    Elaboration of all supporting materials for Management meeting (CBR, GSC, ZET, etc..) in coordination with Corporate Controlling team
•    Prepare all reporting relating to PFME (phasing, W/NW) & WBS management
•    Prepare all I2L reporting
•    Upload of all reporting into Power Bi and One Box
•    Prepare all documentation for RBR, Market visits and follow up on preparation with Regions.
 

What will make you successful

•    Prior Experience in Accounting / Finance
•    GLOBE experience (LGO, Business Excellence, Factory / Supply Chain controlling, Business controlling, Audit)
•    University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
•    Proficiency in English and Spanish
•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence all levels within the organization
•    Ensure 100% quality while handling pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities. 
•    Good organizational and planning skills.
