In order to complete our WebCMS team, we are currently looking for an IS/IT Solution Architect. 
 

Key responsibilities

•    Provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of the various WebCMS products that are managed by the team.
•    Work closely with DevOps / development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way according to the product strategy and the overall value for money objectives linked to the IS/IT strategy.
•    Supervise the design as well as the integration execution. 
•    Own the solution architecture specification. Govern the integration of all solutions and their integration patterns.    
•    Provide expertise and consult to all projects within our delivery function about integration, interfaces and data flows and technologies.                
•    Create, design and review solution architecture documents at high quality standards
•    Research new technologies to optimize the current solutions and to make them sustainable for the future, applying in-house standards and market best practices            
•    Utilize your deep understanding of software design principles
•    Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture
•    Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
 

Required Profile

•    At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in architecture for large scale digital channels projects in a PHP / LAMP based environment.
•    Drupal experience is a plus.
•    At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with cloud architecture (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) with focus on scalability, security and integration challenges.
•    Experience with microservices architecture leveraging cloud-native applications and serverless computing is a plus.
•    Proven knowledge of infrastructure components such as network, Load Balancers, Databases, security aspects (e.g. SSL, authentication, encryption, certificate management, data flow).
•    Agile mentality and experience working in a product-oriented team is a plus.
•    Proven experience in applying strong standards in area of User Management, Data protection, Testing, Cloud Security and Compliance.
•    At least 5 years' experience in working with middleware and integration approaches with various APIs and message exchanges (i.e. JSON & REST, or XML).
•    At least 5 years' experience in implementing Secure by Design architecture.
•    DevOps mindset and full solution lifecycle understanding (including challenges with OS patching, product patching and solution patching).
•    Experience with Azure DevOps or other cloud CI/CD solutions is a plus.
•    Demonstrated experience in proactive approach to monitoring, log analysis to avoid negative side-effects of solution/environment changes (usage of tools and methodology).
•    At least 5 years of experience in the following platforms and technologies: data architecture and integration, solution architecture, technical components and integration patterns, Front End development (HTML/JS), CDN, Web content management, Marketing Automation, Digital Asset Management, Social Media integration...
•    At least 3 years' experience in / with latest advances and trends in mobile and web technologies.
•    ITIL knowledge.
•    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
