Position Summary

 

Strengthen and improve Nespresso's brand image, brand awareness and brand consideration by developing & implementing a Public Relations strategy building around the brand & corporate image and reputation. 
Build an internal engagement & communication plan that will support the marketing & company strategy.
 

A day in the life of...

 

  • Act as our brand guardian
    • Act as the reference & Single Point Of Contact for all brand related subjects: brand usage, guidelines, tone of voice & brand purpose.
    • Develop the necessary internal communication & tools to insure brand usage & consistency.
    • Responsible to valid cooperation with local talents to build brand consistency.

 

  • Develop & implement the Public Relations strategy following international guidelines and answering local communication needs in line with the Marketing strategy (brand, corporate & sustainability). 
    • Responsible for Public Relations budget.
    • Leverage our key messages in order generate positive coverage and to improve overall brand image
    • Identify and build a strong network and long-lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders: press, experts...
    • Coordinates all internal briefings linked to Public Relations activities and crisis (Q&As, briefings, statements...)
    • Select, manage and assess our brand, corporate and internal activation agencies to deliver best in class services and content aligned with our internal processes and guidelines.

 

  • Ensure Nespresso Reputation:
    • By being a key communication stakeholder in case of crisis.
    • By managing external contacts (students, partners, enterprises, sponsorship requests…).
    • By monitoring press for potential issues/opportunities.
    • By aligning key messages in different channels & building all support documents needed.
    • By organizing and training all key stakeholders and spokespersons internally & externally.
    • By managing all external engagement platforms with Key Opinion Leaders around sustainability but also other subjects identified as potential risks for our reputation.

 

  • Sponsoring & Events: 
    • Develop & coordinate the sponsoring strategy aligned with global guidelines and supporting our local needs.

 

  • Internal Communication:
    • Coordinate internal communications building an internal editorial team, managing the overall calendar, coordinating our internal communication platform (i.e Workplace) and develop and internal engagement plan around key themes and activities. 
    • Also, key to build strong cooperation with the Nestlé teams to align on key messaging if needed.   
       

What will make you successful

 

  • Degree in marketing and/or communication.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in Public Relations (brand, crisis and sustainability issues).
  • Previous experience managing events.
  • Experience managing luxury products. 
  • Experience in Sustainability will be a plus.
  • Affinity with digital Marketing, social
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
