Resumen de posición
Be responsible for the regulatory, compliance and quality consumers complaints management of one of the Nestlé Health Science supplements portfolio for Iberian markets (Spain/Portugal). Ensure the English Master Label, labelling compliance of products, adding the technical information required.
Submit all product documents and information & Procedure’s requirements needed to the Spanish & Portuguese authorities.
Manage all procedures needed to answer any quality consumer complaints about one of the Nestlé Health Science supplements portfolio.
Manage the Spain /Portugal regulatory strategy and define the regulatory procedures needed. Take care of the off-pack communication and compliance of external communications, according to the Spanish and Portuguese legislation for the products.

• Participate in negotiation discussions with authorities and associations, in accordance with Regulatory Affairs (RA) Global strategy and NHSc business objectives.
• Keep informed on the regulatory legislation and other policies that affect to our products, following up the changes / modifications (composition, labelling, financial info, promotional activities)
• Review and share with the other Markets the product ingredients validation
• Get agreements with the other Markets on the final labelling (EML) and adapts the language and characteristics both for Spain and Portugal.
• Support the expedition of regulatory approvals through internal and external resources and influence.
• Manage the log file.
• Provide all the Regulatory /compliance inputs on the off-pack communication materials/initiatives (Clearance procedure accomplishment).
• Review all new products, ensuring timely technical and regulatory compliance and validations to regulations and standards to support the timely launch of Innovation/Renovation projects and products.
• Work closely to the Regulatory Affairs team in UK to guarantee a smooth transition to NHSc.
• Work closely to the SAC team to guarantee all procedures under the NHSc standards. Manage quality consumer complaints procedure.
Lo que te hará exitoso
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs for food industry (> 3 years)
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs for pharmacy industry.
• Experience in Supplements Regulatory requirements (> 3 years).
• Has independently managed projects such as reviewing new product compliance, handling regulatory queries, etc.
• Complete understanding of the current UE regulation related to the products in scope (supplements)
• Customer understanding
• Management approach to Governments Authorities
• Understanding of the overall business strategy and goals
• Knowledge of the Nutrition industry in the local markets (Spain/Portugal) including products, competitor awareness, KOL’s
• Understanding of the local ethical promotion code
• Educational background in nutrition or science (CTA, Pharmacist...)
• Deep knowledge of nutrition concepts
• Languages: Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
• Strong business awareness to relate the impact of regulatory changes to the business
• Ability to deal closely with contacts and build strong, sustainable relationships
