We are looking for a Global Cyber Security Sr. Incident Response Manager to join our Global Cyber Security Operations Centre. 

Position Summary


In this role, you will lead the global digital forensics and cyber security incident response team based across various locations world wide and drive the product strategy, capabilities, and operations to ensure meets business needs and provides efficient response and remediation to minimize the impact of ever evolving cyber threats. You will facilitate the response efforts for critical incidents. Partnering closely with other functions within the Cybersecurity, Legal, and Executive Management teams, you will coordinate all cross-team collaboration, communication, and documentation activities related to containing and remediating the incident. As Global CSIRT manager you will also drive the threat detection capabilities in collaboration with the other products within the Cyber SOC to ensure appropriate threat coverage. The role requires a strong understanding of cyber risk and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in fast paced and complex environments. 
                        
 

A day in the life of...

 

  • Set and led the strategy and governance for the global digital forensics and cyber incident response product, operating model, frameworks, processes and tools.
  • Drive in collaboration with the other cyber SOC products the Nestlé’s cyber threat detection capabilities and coverage.
  • Drive and coordinate response to critical cyber incidents. 
  • Provide oral/written reporting to a broad range of stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
  • Develop people: coach, define effective development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization's long-term success. 
  • Drive performance: empower and enable people, give and receive feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, constantly challenges the set-up organization to ensure its results and effectiveness.

What will make you successful

 

 

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or another similar relevant degree 
  • 12+ years of experience in Cyber security activities and proven experience in incident response 
  • Strong understanding of digital forensics and security incident response processes and technology
  • Good understanding of security operations and toolsets used, including threat intelligence and SIEM platforms
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to execute under a high degree of urgency
  • Experience with effective communication at various levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Cultural sensitivity and social flexibility in a global corporate environment
  • Security related industry accreditations such as GIAC, CREST, CISM, CISP desirable but not essential
