Position Summary

The Business Solutions Specialist - Labour Planning will ensure a successful roll out of ISIT Labour Planning Solution across EUR Nestle factories. 
Actively participate within the Technical and Production Product Group to gather, implement and support the functional end to end solution for labour planning. Act as a reference for the specific area of expertise (Labour Planning Optimization) within T&P.
 

A day in the life of...

Work closely with the Markets and factories to deliver a short, medium and long term labour planning solution to maximize business performance, with a positive impact to efficiency, flexibility and optimal costs, including:
•    Help to roll out the Labour Planning Optimization Solution across zone EUR. 
•    Actively drive and coach Markets and factories to anticipate and to continuously improve Solution usage to bring down Total Delivery cost (TDC) within the Markets.
•    Train and guide Market team to efficiently use the solution. Solve ticket issues, drive optimization and simplification of the solution to drive out waste.
•    Understand local labour management rules to ensure the smoothest introduction of the labour management system.
•    Participate in Market project teams for business process improvement projects and/or Business Requirements. 
•    Be a strong improvement proposal force into our internal and external procedures and ways of working.

What will make you successful

•    Good understanding, testing and configuration knowledge of Labour Planning Optimization ideally in a Factory environment. 
•    Good understanding of Factory Operations and environments.
•    Experience with SAP Solutions, including testing and configuration in an Operations environment. 
•    Knowledge and experience with IT solutions.
•    Strong project delivery and Continuous Improvement experience in an Operations environment.
•    Analytical skill - to identify business process improvement opportunity.
•    Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. 
•    With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
