  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, systems analysis, or related studies and experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT implementation and delivery projects.
  • 5+ years’ experience on ServiceNow tool. A background in ITBM would be a plus
     

Position Summary

Are you passionate about ServiceNow and ITBM processes?  This position will work with the Nestlé ServiceNow Factory and offshore delivery teams but also with the Nestlé Applications Owners, to bring deep expertise and knowledge with the ITBM products such as PPM, ITFM, APM, etc. Working at the leading edge of IT for the product or platform, the Technology Specialist performs preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product manager, improves the way our clients leverage the out-of-the-box functionalities, approves the design and the technical solutions, ensuring high quality standards and following best practices.

A day in the life of...

  • Works with the ServiceNow Application Owners, ServiceNow architects and offshore delivery team.
  • Provides deep specialist guidance and support in ServiceNow implementation, advising on best technical solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision
  • Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends SMART solutions
  • Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks
  • Responsible for process-oriented development of ServiceNow ITBM applications and interfaces from concept drafting, requirements gathering, solution design, development, UAT, implementation, to qualified documentation
  • Assist the process for reviewing and improving policies and procedures to support an ITBM framework (desired future state, ServiceNow capabilities, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow ITBM products
  • Document/Maintain functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business use cases
     

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT implementation and delivery projects.
  • 5+ years’ experience on ServiceNow tool.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development/implementation
  • Experience of ServiceNow ITBM processes and integration with SAP
  • Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Administrator and preferably certification in ServiceNow ITBM
  • ServiceNow ITSM, HR or App development experience is an additional advantage
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and offshore team members on a daily basis providing status updates
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Autonomous, problem solving oriented, achieving results
