Position Summary

 

Support the Director, Insight & Analytics, and the Sr. Analytics Mgr & Data Studios Lead in delivering the pipeline of data analytics use cases by developing the supporting data asset roadmap and partnering with Nestle IT to ensure that these assets are available for analytics. The role works as peer with Head of Product & Master Data with similar responsibilities on Product & Master Data to jointly define overall plan.  Partner with functional data owners to support the sourcing, creation and/or consolidation of data assets (consumer, customer, pet).  Ensure that these data assets are leveraged to derive competitive advantage. This role is focused on delivering the data foundations.

 

Key responsibilities
 

  • Lead execution of NPPE pipeline of marketing, sales & eComm data assets (customer, consumer, pet data) (enablers for analytics use cases)                
  • Define and upgrade data dictionary including new KPIs with new sources of data as well as use cases.                
  • Maintain and upgrade taxonomies for specific category data sources                
  • Orchestrate data governance at category level between the different functions                
  • Support IT to automate new data flow with new sources of data, including complex databases                
  • Partner with Product Master Data head to Animate network of data owners to ensure data quality                
  • Define requirement for data intelligence system(s) in terms of content and UX while supporting embedding in marketing, sales and insights                

             


What will make you successful

 

  • 7+ years of experience in managing data & analytics systems & platforms
  • Marketing, Sales, eComm and/or other Commercial analytics experience in FMCG perferred
  • Experience in a multi-market and/or global working environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and translating business requirements into techological language - navigating between business and technology stakeholders
