To complete our IT Technical & Platform department, we are currently looking for a BA Manager - QM Team Lead.

The role
- Responsible for the Regional Business Analysts team for T&P Quality Mgmt - provide leadership, guidance, management to achieve team objectives.
- Manage team priorities, tasks, escalations, and quality of delivery. Manage resource planning, resource management to assigned budget.
- Ensure the regional deployment plan(s) are adhered to, escalating issues to ensure timely delivery and end-user satisfaction. Active participation in Global QM networks in alignment with Design & Build and the other Regional counterparts.
- Ensure team meet service level and compliance objectives.
- Oversee the bond between the IS/IT & business.
- Manage a pool of Business Analysts, overall ensuring a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best solutions.
- Translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions.
What you’ll do
- Management of the Regional Business Analyst team for T&P Quality Mgmt: people management and resource management of the team against assigned budget
- Accountable for the overall planning, management and communication of regional deployments of QM applications, ensuring alignment with global objectives and processes and on-time delivery.
- Regular communication with QM Product Group and Design & Build QM team.
- Accountable that team adheres to Service Level Management best practices and Compliance & Security requirements. Ensures that team works with markets to ensure Security & Compliance requirements are met for deployed applications.
- Ensures that proper resources and attention are given to regional and market testing of QM applications.
- Communicate and work with business leaders to take sound decisions and manage risks.
- Communicate with and influence business leaders to make sound business decisions and manage risks.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, related, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.
- Understanding of QM business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements. Exposure to Best Practices.
- Knowledge on SAP Quality Management and cross-functional integration. IT Implementation experience.
- Other SAP modules, DMO (Digital Manufacturing Operations) and Nestlé QM complementary applications knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of reporting needs in Quality Management and exposure to different analytic tools will be considered as an advantage (e.g: PowerBI).
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
Bonus Points if You:
- Capability to adapt communication to different audiences and stakeholders at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Proven ability to apply problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies on expert level.
- Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
- Strategic and tactical thinking.
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve goals.
