· 3+ years’ experience in Customer Experience 

· Fluent in English. Other languages would be a differential. 

Position Summary

Are you a talented Business Analyst ready to join Nestlé Workforce360  Care Experience team in Barcelona, Spain? We need you to create a deep understanding of opportunities and issues faced by the business functions and recommend the best IS/IT solutions. Translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements. Work with the Customer Experience team to specify, test and deploy IS/IT solutions that meet the business requirements. You will be part of a great team in which you will be able to develop.

A day in the life of... a Business Analyst Customer Experience

· Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT solutions. 

· Consult with your tech leads for IMRM, Knowledge, SLM, PM and product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business needs,  

. Ensure that requirements raised have clear benefits and that it can be explored by other business 

. Keep closed contact with Customer Care acting in the regions and markets to understand challenges and opportunities 

· Ensure that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager (BRM) are supported supported in the development of their product strategies through incremental improvement 

· Ensure that the program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested 

· Consult with other Business Solutions Product teams in Barcelona and propose improvement solutions 

· Ensure that the training materials for the Product area are created and up-to-date 

· Oversee the delivery of training to end users, deployment and support team 

· Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain activities 

· Coach, motivate and direct business and IT staff to understand business needs and find the best solution that aligns with customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.

What Will Make You Successful?

· Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent 

· 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area 

· Proficient in IS/IT Customer Experience processes & tools 

· Experience with ServiceNow, and other ITSM tools would be an asset 

· Solid project management experience 

· Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology preferred 

· Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements 

· Experience with working in a global environment with virtual teams 

· Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization 

· Strong understanding the practical application of technology trends, leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and new evolving business models 

· Results focused and Innovative with a “can do” / self starter attitude 

· Adaptable, flexible and dynamic while keeping a client-centric approach.
