We are looking for Business Analyst to be part of our Supply Chain – Customer Service team.

The role  
In this position, you will work as a liaison between the IS/IT & Business Customers and Consumers. As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as IS/IT solutions. 

 

What you’ll do  

  • Strategy Development and Improvement: Support the Product Manager in developing and implementing the product strategy, managing applications lifecycle and roadmap to maximize its adoption/value. Identify gaps in existing functionalities and opportunities for improvement. Design business scenarios and use cases for the product.  
  • Process and Solution Analysis, Documentation, and Testing: Analyze and document solutions, logic, process flows, and specifications. Develop and deliver training materials for the product area. Support the analysis and resolution of issues as part of the third-level sustain. 
  • Compliance: Ensure conformity throughout the solution lifecycle by identifying, assessing, and addressing security and compliance requirements. 
  • Business Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation. Work with business partners and vendors to implement automation solutions. 
  • Communication: Partner with different stakeholders within business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements. Engage with other streams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Global Logistics, others) to ensure alignment and collaboration, when proposing the best IT products to support the company objectives.

Minimum qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sales and Distribution, for SAP ECC and/or S4HANA applications design, build and deployment in Order to Cash (O2C) – Demand Capture and Demand Management, Logistics, Billing, Returns and Refusals and Analytics. 
  • Experience with SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) and/or SAP Global Available To Promise (GATP) 
  • Understanding of O2C business processes, complexity, interdependencies and boundaries across other areas, and ability to translate them into application requirements.  
  • Effective communication, supporting a project and stakeholder management experience at different levels in the organization, working in a global environment and with virtual teams. 
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards 
  • Ability to create documents, presentations, process flows, and other working documents making usage of MS Office Tool suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.). 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, Sciences or Engineering or equivalent discipline. 

 

Bonus Points If You: 

  • Have experience on Ecommerce related ecosystem – as SAP Commerce Cloud (former Hybris), OMF, OMSA and other solutions supporting B2B / B2C / D2C business models. 
  • Have knowledge of data and analytics platforms such as SAP BW, Microsoft Azure and Snowflake, as well to design and build dashboards/reports using Power Bi 
  • Have knowledge on ABAP developments – read and understand program coding and debugging.
