The role  

 

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between IS/IT Corporate, IBS and Zone stakeholders, and regional IS/IT teams. Your insights will be instrumental in identifying business challenges and opportunities, guiding the selection of effective IT solutions, and ensuring value delivery throughout the product lifecycle.. 

 

What you’ll do  

 

  • Shape the development of go-to-market strategies, product vision, and execution, ensuring that we deliver value and encourage user adoption. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy applications that support Nestlé’s global initiatives, valuing diverse perspectives in the process. 
  • Foster continuous improvement of product strategies in partnership with Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs). 
  • Inspire and support cross-functional teams, nurturing an environment of collaboration to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies. 
  • Advocate for innovation, agile practices, and a supportive culture within the organization.

Minimum qualifications:  

 

  • 5+ ears in SAP ECC and/or S4HANA application design, build, and min 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Customer Service implementations (Pricing and Rebates, Order to Cash, Demand Capture, Logistics, Billing, Claims, Returns and Refusals). 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience). 
  • Strong understanding of O2C business processes and their integration across various domains. 
  • Solid foundation in system engineering, information security, and architecture standards. 

 

Bonus Points If You bring:  

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.). 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerApps, and related tools (a plus). 
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus). 
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and design thinking methodologies.
