We are looking for a Business Analyst Omnichannel to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team

About the Role  

As the Product Expert in Omnichannel Products at Nespresso, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining business and functional requirements and later collaborating with team members to frame out and translate these digital requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies and ensuring quality products.
The Product Expert is also involved in validating the Digital Solutions delivered to ensure that the functional requirements are met. 
As Functional Expert you will become the go to person for any knowledge related to this area and as such will also be the owner and main contributor of the domain specific product documentation.
 

 

What You’ll Bring 

•    Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and actively contributes on scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects.
•    Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality, documents the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices), recommend options for improvement or opportunities for process automation and review it with stakeholders.
•    Assume primary ownership in developing comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions
•    Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution, making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
•    Provide appropriate documentation for the product area, training and coaching to the business users, development, test and support teams.
•    Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services as well organization, prioritization and split of backlog into workable units which brings business value.

 

 

Who You Are 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience of 3+ years in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role, including at least one successful implementation of a large-scale project in Direct-to-Consumer Digital Touchpoints.
•    Strong analytical thinking skills with experience in breaking down complex problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
•    3+ years of experience working on digital projects, including e-commerce platforms, web development, app development, web analytics, and digital marketing.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to foster productive business relationships, facilitate conversations and negotiations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
 

 

Bonus Points If You: 

•    Have experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an omnichannel B2C industry.
•    Have a background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or the luxury sector.
•    Have worked on projects involving the following technologies: Commerce Tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Genesys, and Chatbots.
